Awesome Petoskey Stone necklace. Hand picked from Lake Michigan’s shores. Large petoskey stone necklace cabbed from the stone. This comes on an heavy duty 18” antiqued brass chain. Statement piece. Each item comes with a business card explaining the Petoskey. Petoskey Stone Named Michigan’s state stone in 1965 Petoskey stones are fossils of Colonial Coral. They lived in a shallow sea 350 million years ago in the Devonian Period. When they died they became sediment that covered the rocks. During the Ice Age glaciers distributed them throughout the Great Lakes Region.
