Beautiful Petoskey stone. Fossil soup mix. Found and polished by me. Comes on an 18” silver like chain. Petoskey Stone Each item comes with a picture business card that explains what the Petoskey Stone is. Last pic. Named Michigan’s state stone in 1965 Petoskey stones are fossils of Colonial Coral. They lived in a shallow sea 350 million years ago in the Devonian Period. When they died they became sediment that covered the rocks. During the Ice Age glaciers distributed them throughout the Great Lakes Region.
